I have competed in pole vaulting for 8 years and have been coaching at the high school level for 3 years and the college level for 1 year. These poles are amazing for beginning vaulters looking for a good pole that has a slower unwind. Even with the the slower unwind the pole is still usable at all levels including upper level high school jumpers, low height college jumpers, and people later on in life who are looking at getting back into the sport.
