I have used these in both high school and college and they really help you to understand where your hands and body should be in relation to the pole. the only downside is if you are not a very strong person you will have a very difficult time pulling yourself up and if you want a second person to help with pulling you have to come up with a secondary pulley system for the coach to help lift you.
