great glasses. they fit great and are very versitile. they came with two different interchangable lenses, a strap, and a great case that holds it all. I am and avid runner and triathalete. wether im doing plyo, running drills or on the bike they stay put. the vents in the top of the lenses keep it well ventelated and prevents them from fogging up. Get these glasses. you wont regret it.
