Comments about SPRI PRODUCTS, INC. SPRI Braided Lateral Resistor Band - Medium Resistance:

This seemed like the perfect product for hip strength exercises. However, there are hard plastic pieces attached to the cuffs that dig into your skin when performing the exercises in the provided booklet.
