      I needed shoes for Crossfit, which means something low to the ground and sturdy so that your feet are planted firmly on the floor during lifts to minimize risk of any ankle injury. These are perfect for the task. I'm going to buy a second pair. I would not recommend these for running as there is minimal cushion (unless you're into the barefoot running fad).

        I was searching for a stylish pair of running shoes that I could also wear casually when I came across these -- these are absolutely perfect! I have gotten many compliments on them, and they are also extremely comfortable on my road runs. I love how they let my feet breathe and how light they are. I have zero complaints about these shoes and would highly recommend them to everyone.
