      A comment from the Manufacturer: The iFit software platform has been changed. This change required the hundreds of thousands of machines and users to receive an update and was slow for about a week as the platform was changed. Updates are easy and reliable. I am sorry that the customer who wrote the previous review had difficulty, but that is not the standard.

      Comments about ProForm Performance 1850 Treadmill:

      We just got the machine and have now spent over 4 hours trying to update the firmware. Either the server is slow and overloaded or there is a big problem with the install software. Technical support wasn't versed in the issue and were unable to offer any solutions. Sadly it looks like it could be a great product, but without the software being operational, it's not very usable!
