Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Inversion Table:

Well, this was a gift for my wife, but when we set it up and tried it, she didn't like it. It seemed to make her hip worse rather than better...
However, this is NOT a bad review. The product probably did what it was supposed to do. This is a review of what happened next, with thin hundred plus pound bunch of stuff that had been shipped to my house in time for Christmas. The local store not only agreed to take the item back, but were more than helpful in unloading from the car and bringing it in. The "risk" of buying something big online was completely eliminated by having a local store which looked past the fact that we didn't buy it there. They were both re-assuring and positively cheery in processing our return. It might sound like a small point, but it is increasingly rare.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Inversion Table:

I've owed my Teeter for 3 months now and I'm not usually one to write reviews. I experienced lower back pain for over 2 months as a result of doing some heavy lifting with some backyard projects. I would find myself more and more hunched over as each day progressed. My chiropractic visits only helped until the next time I pushed my limits again in the back yard, so I decided to buy the Teeter 560. I felt immediate relief after the first couple of uses and I swear by this thing! I use it every day now for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night before bed. I also will use it after any heavy work around the house. I can attest that the benefits of decompression made me feel normal once again! The only thing I would say is to take it easy the first week you own yours as you may feel a little sore until your body adjusts to the inverted pull on your hip/lower back area...as I over did it a bit the first few days I owned mine...even still I did feel immediate relief to the specific area that was troubling me. Once your body adjusts to the inverted decompression, you will start to see the true benefits of the Teeter. I'm back to doing the heavy yard work with no ill effects. I swear by this thing!

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Inversion Table:

In general, you can tell how good a product will be when you see how it is packaged for shipment. I was impressed with the fact that none of the parts were allowed to flop around in the box. Everything was neatly packed.

Assembly was easy despite the screws being labeled wrong. It is almost impossible to assemble the unit incorrectly. I used my own tools but tools are provided in box.

After two quick sessions my back feels much better already!

Plastic started cracking at first use!

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Inversion Table:

Quality of metal parts is good. Blue plastic "table" halves looked like quality injection molded parts with nicely smoothed edges and hand holds, but the quality of the plastic was inferior causing it to show plastic fatigue, turning it white when the slightest amount of pressure was applied. I only weigh 130lbs and the plastic that supports the hip area was getting ready to crack after only one day's use! The area supporting my sciatic bone was also uncomfortably high. I returned it the day after I got it. Too bad; I really liked the quality and design otherwise!

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Inversion Table:

I purchased a similar previous model for my son last Christmas and he loves it. I thought the quality to be good for an imported model.
I'm using the lumbar feature at minimum setting and still debating if it's beneficial for my use. I'm 63 with lower back problems and so far, so good.. The lumbar may cause some back discomfort at first, but then consider my age.
Two recommendations: Use the provided lanyard to start off and try 20-40 degrees at first until you get comfortable with the equipment. In addition, try the balance test (instructions) in the manual attached to the inversion table. When working and balanced properly, the table will invert with your arms at or above your head, and will lower with your arms at your side. I caution anyone using this for the first time not to fully invert without using the lanyard especially with no person in the room to assist you in getting the table back down, <<very important!!
It's a good product for the money and does what it's designed to do.

Works well and is as easy to use as advertised. The results have been good. Great for back pain also helped me with neck pain. I should have bought one sooner. It folds up easily for storage but it is not small when folded so it does take up space. Not bad though. I would recommend this product.
