Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Inversion Table:

Quality of metal parts is good. Blue plastic "table" halves looked like quality injection molded parts with nicely smoothed edges and hand holds, but the quality of the plastic was inferior causing it to show plastic fatigue, turning it white when the slightest amount of pressure was applied. I only weigh 130lbs and the plastic that supports the hip area was getting ready to crack after only one day's use! The area supporting my sciatic bone was also uncomfortably high. I returned it the day after I got it. Too bad; I really liked the quality and design otherwise!

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Inversion Table:

I purchased a similar previous model for my son last Christmas and he loves it. I thought the quality to be good for an imported model.
I'm using the lumbar feature at minimum setting and still debating if it's beneficial for my use. I'm 63 with lower back problems and so far, so good.. The lumbar may cause some back discomfort at first, but then consider my age.
Two recommendations: Use the provided lanyard to start off and try 20-40 degrees at first until you get comfortable with the equipment. In addition, try the balance test (instructions) in the manual attached to the inversion table. When working and balanced properly, the table will invert with your arms at or above your head, and will lower with your arms at your side. I caution anyone using this for the first time not to fully invert without using the lanyard especially with no person in the room to assist you in getting the table back down, <<very important!!
It's a good product for the money and does what it's designed to do.

Works well and is as easy to use as advertised. The results have been good. Great for back pain also helped me with neck pain. I should have bought one sooner. It folds up easily for storage but it is not small when folded so it does take up space. Not bad though. I would recommend this product.

I have a bad lower back. Herniated disc in 98 and broken lower back in 99. Back pain every day of my life. Sometimes hard to even walk. Got this product and after about a week I have little if any back pain. If I miss a day I feel it the next day. Can't believe I waited this long before getting it. I can not recommend it enough. It has changed every aspect about me. Five stars is an understatement.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Inversion Table:

The Teeter EP 560 is a great piece of equipment. Easy to assemble and adjust. I workout and run 3 days a week and at 52 years old the excersising causes more stiffness now than when I was younger. So from the first time I tried it I have had relief from my back, hip, ankle and knee pain. One of the warnings is that previous surgery can be effected and cause discomfort. That is true, I had minor knee surgery a number of years ago and hanging inverted causes my knee joint to hurt. I corrected that by making sure to keep my leg muscles flexed around my knee for the next four times I used the EP 560 and after that I have been able to relax my muscle completely without aggravating my knee. Great product. Becareful to read the warnings before you buy, it can put some stress on your body if the person is not in fair physical condition.
