Comments about BODYFIT Core Training Ball:

This is the WORST stability ball for exercise. First, there are no instructions on inflating and it visually appears that the straw provided to inflate the ball goes in the center of the closure pin. Not at all, though if it did the design would be better because trying to shove the pin back into the ball after removing the straw causes the ball to lose air tension. You are left with e slightly limp ball. I attempted to do core exercises and the lack of shape (air tension) in the ball hurt my back when every other ball I've used has soothed / supported my back. The plastic is flimsy, a bit thicker than a beach ball though not sturdy and even with low air fill it feels like the ball may pop under my back and I weigh about 107lbs.

      It is going back today.
