          I purchased this ball when pregnant for low-resistance workout, and hip exercises. My husband was unable to inflate it to necessary firmness using the pump provided. We borrowed another air pump that worked much better. After using the ball for less then 3 months, the ball burst while I was gently bouncing on it, holding my newborn. Scared both of us.

            This ball supports my weight for all the exercises and I can balance my entire body in a "plank" position. It is definitely worth the price. I get a good core workout without all the pain in my back or tailbone. I started with this to stretch out before and after exercise. This ball has actually jump started my energy to keep pushing and exercise daily to reduce my weight and become healthy.

                I think mine was defective and I am bummed. Three times I pumped it up the exact way it told me to and all three times it lost its air. It won't stay blown up and I am bummed because I didn't save receipt. I can't use it at all.
