I like the ease of use for the BODYFIT Waist Trimmer. It has 3 zipper positions. However, I started out on the smallest setting and though it still goes around me, it has stretched and there are no smaller zipper settings to use. Says it fits "UP YO 44inches". I think it could go larger than that and I wish it had one more adjustment position.
