            I have worn New Balance shoes for my 3-4 days-a-week tennis "habit", the last 5 years. A little over a month ago, I purchased Size 9 Wide Nike shoes (on-sale) at my local Sports Authority; BIG MISTAKE!!! The 3rd time I wore them, excruciating pain (caused by a bone spur) below my left toe. Long story short, switching shoes caused the problem to emerge. Sports Authority to the rescue! They exchanged the Nike for New Balance 626, Size 9.5, 4E Wide...no problem...PLUS tremendous technical support from the sympathetic people who work there! Agony turned into ecstacy, as these shoes are great...these Cross-Training shoes are perfect for both surfaces I play on - indoor hard AND Har-True clay courts. Lesson learned - STAY WITH THE SHOES THAT BROUGHT YOU TO THE DANCE!!

            I purchased this product with the knowledge of previous products from New Balance. The size is a major let down,as I had two previous products same size the were just right. Now being 3100kms away from the store where they were purchased from it will be impossible to correct the problem!!!

              Shoes were great, but they had an anti theft devise that no one at sports authority bothered to check so even though I bought them on-line, I had to go to a store to get the device removed. When I called them, they let me know that this was MY problem to solve. I wouldn't buy ANYTHING online from sports authority AGAIN.
