Comments about New Balance N4(tm) Women's Heart Rate Monitor Watch:
Have never owned a HR monitor, they appeared like they would be uncomfortable and difficult to use. This is very comfortable, accurate, effective at helping me stay within my target range - and it syncs with my cardio equiptment at the gym without me doing a thing to make that happen!
Comments about New Balance N4(tm) Women's Heart Rate Monitor Watch:
I bought this to monitor my heart rate so I could stay within it. I have had only three months and it is malfunctioning. It does not read the HR properly- it shows slower than it is. I have changed the batteries and it still reads my heart rate slower than it is. New Balance has an outside source that makes these. In order to fix this with this company you will need the receipt and if you do not have it you are SOL.
Do not by any NB heart rate monitors as they are junk!
Comments about New Balance N4(tm) Women's Heart Rate Monitor Watch:
I still cannot grasp how to use this heart rate monitor. The instruction book hasn't helped. I have entered the detail described, yet, to make it work is not easy. I've gone online to youtube and still am troubleshooting. The rep at the Sports Auth near my home was too busy the day I brought it in to ask for help. I plan to return or go to a gym to ask anyone there how to understand how to use. I would not recommend.
