great piece of equipment. However, while ordering by phone I was told it was adjustable. I explained the height of our basement ceiling and wanted to be sure it would fit. However, it didn't fit. The only part that was adjustable was the speed bag pole, not the heavy bag pole. We had to cut the pole to make it shorter. So far so good.... just have to get more weights for the base so it doesn't move. Customer Service needs to know more about the equipment they are selling. My boys are enjoying it.

        Ordered the equipment and got the wrong item sent. I've been trying for weeks to get corrected but customer service has twice promised to reship correct part and has yet to do so. Canceling order with Sports Authority and won't do business with them again.
