I liked this bag. I'm 5'2" 85 pounds but it was satisfying to hit and the movement kept it fun and unpredictable. I don't like the solid feel of a heavy bag so this was a better choice for me. Unfortunately it can't take solid hits. I used it after a bad day and ended up breaking a bone in my hand because I hit the metal post in the center. I kept using it after that but now the air bladder popped and I need a new bag

This is not a heavy bag.If you want a solid sturdy stiff bag then don't buy this bag.This bag is light,soft and flexable up top with a solid base.This bag is good for an apartment.The cheap plastic pump broke on first use,but you can use any pump with a plastic adjustment tip.

This fails miserably at what I thought it was which is moderately useful workout tool for adults. It feels more like a kids toy. The bag is too light and the tension spring is weak which causes this thing to bounce all over the place with even a light hit. My 8 year old nephew was able to hit this thing and bounce it around like he was Bruce Lee. The only positive was that I was able to use it as a training tool for my aforementioned nephew and 11 year niece. If you are looking for even a semi-serious workout bag, keep looking.

Was very disappointed with this upon delivery - the picture shows gloves, DVD and the foot pump but the only thing actually included was the foot pump, which I didn't realize until receiving it. Wish it didn't picture what wasn't included since all the other punching bags are pictured with what they include. Very misleading. Now I have a disappointed 13 year old who received this as his birthday gift because he's got to wait to use it until we purchase the gloves and DVD.
