      I bought this to use when cycling. I live in Utah and half the year it gets very cold on your bike. It cuts the wind very well and I stay warm. The hood also stays on while riding and keeps the wind out of your ears. I got a medium, but it felt a little big all around. Maybe it is just meant to be loose, but its nothing that would stop me from buying it.
