These boots are unbeatable for the price. I bought them on sale plus a 20% off coupon. I was just hoping to get a functional pair of boots for what I paid. These have gone way beyond what I expected. The break-in time was almost nothing. My first hike in them was a 9-miler less than a week after purchase. My feet felt great after the hike, absolutely zero sore spots or blister potential. I have been on hikes from 1-10 miles in them and have had zero problems. In fact, I was able to get another 20% off coupon and decided to buy a second pair of the same boots. Very, very satisfied, thank you!

These are an exceptional value hiking boot for the price. I use them year-round (every week) for hiking and yard work. I have a 1+1/2 year old pair and they are still in good shape and are as comfortable as new. I just bought a second pair because I can't find another comparable boot for twice the price. I also bought a pair for my wife and daughter. They like the men's Alpine Design XT WP better than the women's model.
