      I purchased these shoes for 5K run training. I think they are so light that the upper part of the shoe does not provide proper support when flexing the foot, turning them not as comfortable as desired for the job. I got them while they were on sale. I would not recommend them for a long run/training session nor for the full retailer suggested price, over a 100 bucks.

            These were a purchase for my 14 yr old son who is very hard on shoes-some have bitten the dust in less than a month. This pair is lightweight, comfortable, attractive (to him) and so far, durable (at least enough that it's beaten out the life span of at least 3 other brands at this point). All things considered, I couldn't be happier.

                Great race shoe, Decided I am going to use it mostly for races or a speed workout. Have only completed one 7 mile run in them but ran 2 5k's and several 4-5 mile runs. Shoe is very fast but doesn't provide the cushion I would like for a daily trainer.

                  This shoe is the most comfortable, most stable, and energizing shoe I have ever worn. I tried on about 8 different pairs from different companies and kept going back to this one. I run on a treadmill 4 times a week right now as I am 51 years old and am training for my first 5K and 10K runs in my life! This shoe has helped me keep going! Can't wait to try outside! Thank you!
