              This item had problems from the start and have had to have it fixed multiple times... as of today they show up again to fix it and the wrong parts were sent. It took 2 months just to get the parts to begin with. I would not recommend this item to anyone if you plan on using it more then once a week !!!!!!

                    Unfortunately, I wasn't even able to even try this product! Sports Authority delivered this item damaged TWICE. Yes, the base is fragile and plastic. But, even so, Sports Authority has handled this matter poorly.

                    I currently STILL have 2 damaged ellipticals in my possession that are waiting for a pickup. The first item was delivered more than 1 month ago (November 2012)! SA simply doesn't care as long as they have your money I guess. Unfortunate, because I really wanted this item.

                    What an unfortunate inconvenience!
