          Came to me damaged. Cracked, broken, and chipped. Platic casing that houses the gears and wheel is wrecked. Also the box was already opened, it just had to plastic straps holding it closed.

            Came with the base slightly broken in 2(!) areas. One of the small parts was completely shattered. They replace it for you free of charge, but it took a while to get a hold of the service area. Once everything came in and my husband and I started putting it together - very poor and cheap quality construction. Once everything was put in place - its all right, compact and thankfully it works, at least for now. Bike is ok I guess, just really dissapointed with the cheap construction.
