Purchased the treadmill from Sports Authority. It came in one box and that box barely fit in a Honda Pilot with the driver's seat pulled way forward. Got it home wrestled it in the house. It took 2 people and it was very heavy - especially on the motor end. Had to open the box and bring it in in pieces. Assembled it in about 2.5 hours. I work slow. Certain steps do require a second person. When it was nearly completed, I tested raising the platform and found that the last of 4 or five screws that go through holes in the left hand full length cushion had missed the hole so it was not attached at that point. This was a manufacturing defect. Next morning I tried calling icon service. Was on hold for over 2 hours! They never did answer. What a joke. So I went to iconservice.com and in about 3 minutes I was chatting with a CS rep. He said I would be contacted by a tech in 3 to 5 bus. days to arrange a repair. Wasn't happy about the time so I called Sports Authority. They agreed to replace the unit. This was Monday and they said the delivery and pick-up would not happen until the following week. At that point the icon tech called me that evening - much sooner than they had promised but I cancelled the tech in favor of replacing the unit. Then the delivery company ended up coming that Saturday - again sooner than promised. They took out the original unit and assembled the replacement unit for me at no charge. As to the treadmill, I'm very happy with it. ifit live works great. It's easy to use. Wish there were more than 2 videos provided. The TV is great. The unit is sturdy and large enough so you never feel like you might fall off. Sports Authority is a great store. They seem to believe happy customers are important. What a concept. I had never purchased much from them in the past but I definitely will in the future.
