        I've enjoyed the public gym for years, but lately I've been getting depressed everytime I go in there, maybe because at my age (50+) I thought I'd have my own private gym by now. Well, now I do with the addition of this nifty hex-bar, which allows me to get a great lower body workout while taking up about 4x4' ft. of floor space in my tiny apartment. Add a Power Tower and a few dumbbells and I never have to set foot in the public gym again! Signed, the Happy Hermit!

            even though its just a hunk of metal, it's a good price for as much metal as it is. feels a little different than bars at the gym, like it may be cheaper metal,but no big deal. it has a simple purpose:)

              First of all, this Hex bar/trap bar from SA has the best price on the internet. It was packaged very well. Took about 6 days for delivery. Not to bad since i live in HI. It is also solid in constuction. Perfect for deadlifts!

                Good peice of equipment. Shipped fast, good price. Was packaged well and shipped to Hawaii, overseas. Would recommend using weight lifting gloves when using. The grips on the bar are a little tough on the hands with heavy weight.
