I love this shoe!! I've run about 420 miles on them and they are just now starting to wear out. I use them for running, hiking, tennis, walking, and the gym. They are lightweight, but still have enough support to where they won't wear out quickly. I love them and am ready to buy another pair. I highly recommend these shoes especially if you don't want something too bulky or something too light. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about the poor arch support. I wear inserts with them.

I wear these shoes probably 3-5 times a week in the gym, I've had them for two months and they are already threadbare. The tongue offers zero support and you have to tie the shoelaces almost four times over just to get them tight enough. Also, I live in a very rainy environment and these are NOT shoes to wear outside when it's wet, slippery and won't keep your feet dry.

Comments about NIKE Women's Flex Run Running Shoes:

The security tag was left on the shoes, so now they sit until I have time to go to the store for them remove it! :( Big red plastic thing! How could that be overlooked?? So much for the convenience of shopping on line.

Comments about NIKE Women's Flex Run Running Shoes:

These are great for people who are wanting that barefoot feel but not all the way. After reading the reviews above, it's obvious to me that the ones that gave it lower stars didn't read that these were for that barefoot feel. These are very comfortable and a great running shoe on and off road.

Comments about NIKE Women's Flex Run Running Shoes:

Although I walk I've always used running sneakers. These wore out much faster than other pairs that I own. Usually I buy two pairs and alternate them for about five months before they need to be replaced. Because these are mostly foam on the bottom, they became uneven rather quickly. Perhaps runners will have better luck with them. I would not recommend them for walkers.

If you're looking to run in this shoes a lot, you'll end up getting injuries from their poor support. They're good for walking around, but not for endurance training.

I ran in these shoes 4 times and they made my knee hurt like crazy. The last time I used them I could barely walk. I switched to my old shoes after that and now my knee is fine. I've never had a pair of shoes that had such a negative effect on my body after running.

I have been a long time asics fan but wanted to try something new. I have not worn nikes in forever but was curious about the close to barefoot idea. I slipped them on and WOW! Support in all the right places and super light. I wore them to workout in a few times and then tested them at an off road 5k. I was nervous that the gravel on part of the trail would hurt my feet but these shoes provide protection while still giving a pretty close to barefoot experience.
