                I was hoping to use this treadmill for running, but it is difficult to run on. It does have quite a bit of resistance so I can still get a pretty good workout though. One difficult thing is that the belt slips to the right side while I'm using it and rubs against the edge which makes a lot of noise and it is a pain to have to move it back several times during my workout. Not too bad for the cheaper price though.
