1st and last time buying from S.A.

Comments about Stack-On 14 Gun Fire Safe:

S.A Customer service is absolutely horrible. I received this safe damaged. It looked as if it had been dropped on its corner. The safe was cracked and the fire barrier integrity was clearly compromised. I went to my local Sports Authority store to interface with someone in person over the matter instead of taking a chance on getting someone in customer service who is clearly lacking in the English department. Upon arrival, I was told that the stores have nothing to do with online sales, and the manager called online customer service and handed me the store phone to talk with Mr. Lacking In The English Department. However they said they would send me a replacement, but would only take 15% off for the inconvience. I also requested that they pick up the damaged safe and drop off the replacement at the same time. The answer to my request was "Sir we can neither confirm nor deny that that will be possible." ....Really? This is my first time EVER shopping with Sports Authority, and most certainly will be my last.
