I train for marathons and do varied distances through the week. I have started using these for my shorter runs of 6 and fewer miles. I will use these for my speed workouts as well. I am going to stick with my zoom vomero's for the loner runs as I need the support for the distances. Only negative I have found so far is that they are a bit tighter in the toe area than my other shoes. It was suggested by the sales clerk that I might eventually want to add an insert in them for longer runs. Worth a try if I get to that point. I have been pleased with the performance on the short distances and really enjoy how light they are. I have noticably picked up my pace with this shoe. I would recommend them but you might want to try a half size larger as I did not.

LOVING these shoes...and I have never loved a pair of shoes before. I must have weird feet because I can be comfortable to run in a shoe, but standing/walking for even an hour will be painful - but not in these Nike Free's. Super comfortable from my first run. Super lightweight. The back of the heel isn't as supportive as other shoes so that's taking a little while to get used to the feel of that, but it isn't a negative.

Loved my first pair of Nike Frees so much, I bought two more pair. Cute colors, great fit. Get LOTS of compliments on them. Am so spoiled, that now my other brand of favorite shoes just don't feel as good!

I go to a gym and use various machines and classes. I love how flexible the shoes are for different activities. They are also literally flexible too allowing your foot to move freely. I love how the sole cushion feels- alsmost like gel. The breathablility amazes me. I feel wind pass right through. Overall they are like wearing the most comfortable sock yet your foot is protected and you can do anything!

It's like I'm running barefooted. They're stylish and have nice traction while running on the eliptical. Can't believe it took such a long time to invent this remarkably comfortable & colorful shoe. I'm fussy on fit, yet these conform so beautifully to my now HAPPY feet!!!
