This Marcy® utility bench allows for multi-position back pad adjustment (incline, decline, flat) using an easy pop-pin slide track. This bench will adapt to use with most squat racks, half cages, and Smith machines. The seat and back are constructed from top-grade, high-density foam with boxed upholstery for years of comfortable use.

      Good product at reasonable cost. Did not like the disclaimer that material in the padding of bench is made up of a material that causes cancer......why do u sell this product if that,s the case

        I have a pretty well equipped home gym with several machines etc to add versatility in workouts. I purchased this bench to replace another less versatile bench I had . It was easy to assemble and leveled itself to the floor no problems. Sturdy construction. I use for abs shoulder arms and pecs. Looks good in the gym and easy to move around and reposition.. I way 180 and was concerned about how much weight it can handle on the slide factoring in myself and the weights but it is as stable as my Olympic bench . I put plates on my chest and fully incline and do sit ups. I'm telling you its a burn and builds definition in the core and other areas you concentrate on . I highly recommend the purchase great value ...

        Assembly is a pain, the frame pieces dont align well, parts were damaged on arrival and some parts were poorly designed

        Once assembled works well as a bench, stable, sturdy, and comfortable enough to sleep on (which I've done)
