I purchased one of these dresses(which I wear as a skirt) in the store at full price. When I saw them at 50% off they became my new "uniform" for work. I purhased them in 6 colors and wear them with different tops. I get many compliments and they are so comfortable and easy to wear.

I gor this dress in the black and the blue grass. It is awesome. If you are on the fence about buying this, I would advise that you buy it. It is WELL worth the money. Very Comfortable !

This dress easily converts into a skirt and looks nice on me both ways. I bought an XS and am 5'2" and 107 pounds. Maybe the other reviewer it was see through on - it was too tight?? It looks really nice on me and isn't see-through at all. I bought it in the store and tried it on again after I got home and am so happy with it am looking for other options from Alpine Design online!

I wear this skirt both for work and casual wear. I can get away with not wearing a slip for casual wear but add one for work. It is unbelievably comfortable.

Purchased 1 from the store, and 2 online. All three the same size. 2 fit perfectly, 1 ordered online was much smaller ( the grey one) in the waist. It fits just a little less comfortable.

*Color: I bought the standard black, but the other colors looked beautiful in the store.
*Fabric: The reason I am giving this item 1 star is because I really wanted to buy the grey color, but when I tried it on, it was see-thru! The fabric was so incredibly thin that you could see every bump and line of my undergarments. Maybe as a bathing suit cover up, but no one could wear the grey in public. I did not have this problem with the black... the fabric was of a bit heavier weight and not see-thru.
*Fit: True to size. I'm tall - 5'10" and as a skirt, this comes about 4 inches below my knees. As a dress, it comes just to my knees. Great length!
*What I love: the versatility... it's a skirt AND a dress!
*What I don't love: I really wanted the grey! Although I'm happy with the black that I ended up buying, the inconsistency in fabrics is very disappointing.
