Used this on my sons Tball bat. Old grip had worn out after one season. Peeled off old grip and wiped Dow with rubbing alcohol just to clean up the surface a little. I left some sticky residue to help the new grip to adhere to. I then wrapped the bat with the new tape Without peeling off the backing. This was to get the proper measurement. I then cut the tape to size. Be sure not to cut the tapered end because this is the end that starts at the bottom of the bat against the knob. I began to apply the new tape by peeling off a few inches of backing. I would continue to peel as I was wrapping and pulling the grip tight. I used the adhesive line as a reference to where I overlap the grip with each wrap. Make your final wrap straight edged then cut the included Easton sticker to length to allow to wrap half overlapping the straight edge of tape and half over the metal of the bat. Hope this helps. If needed you can always YouTube how to install bat tape.
