The 2" CA-53 speed bag platform from Valor Fitness® is made with reinforced steel tubes, along with an adjustable worm drive mount that lets you locate the specific height for your desired level of performance. Brackets allow you to mount the platform onto a solid surface like a cement wall, and the 360° rotating swivel helps improve speed and efficiency.
