          I ordered this bike two months ago. Four calls to customer service and about 3 hours of my life later, I finally was told that the missing power cord will not be available for another 2-3 weeks. Great. So, here it sits, still. Can't begin to say how disappointed I am with the whole Schwinn outfit.

          After putting the bike together it was disappointing to have it not function. Called the 800 # for support but there was no support on the weekend. Eventually was able to get someone on the phone and they decided to send me a tool to remove the pedals so that I could fix the problem. I was able to fix the problem, but I am pretty good with mechanical things. I am not sure everyone could fix it, so i dont know what they would have done if I couldn't. ABout 10 days after it arrived we are finally up and running at it seems to be pretty good.
