Comments about Schwinn 150 Upright Bike NEW Model Year 2012:

Bought this from Sports ASuthority - item was defective staright out of the box. Resistance levels do not work at all. Rather than exchanging defective unit, Sports Authority suggested we assembled the bike incorrectly. You assemble NOTHING that controls the resistance levels - you just screw in the pedals, screw on the seat, and screw in the column the display rests on. Rather than exchanging a defective new unit, SA is insisting upon us waiting for a service call to "fix" an item that was defective out of the box. Will NEVER purchase from SA again.

Comments about Schwinn 150 Upright Bike NEW Model Year 2012:

I ordered this bike two months ago. Four calls to customer service and about 3 hours of my life later, I finally was told that the missing power cord will not be available for another 2-3 weeks. Great. So, here it sits, still. Can't begin to say how disappointed I am with the whole Schwinn outfit.

Comments about Schwinn 150 Upright Bike NEW Model Year 2012:

After putting the bike together it was disappointing to have it not function. Called the 800 # for support but there was no support on the weekend. Eventually was able to get someone on the phone and they decided to send me a tool to remove the pedals so that I could fix the problem. I was able to fix the problem, but I am pretty good with mechanical things. I am not sure everyone could fix it, so i dont know what they would have done if I couldn't. ABout 10 days after it arrived we are finally up and running at it seems to be pretty good.
