Comments about GoFit Unisex Adjustable Weighted Vest (1lb - 20lb):
The vest is good if your walking because your not bouncing around at that point. Otherwise, it jumps off and on your chest and it makes my belly and chest rash and itch from the friction. I have a shirt on underneath the vest but I guess that's not enough to stop it from rubbing me the wrong way. I'm going to return it and maybe invest a little more money to one that is more comfortable.
Comments about GoFit Unisex Adjustable Weighted Vest (1lb - 20lb):
The vest is adjustable but if you're 5'9" and 160 lbs in weight (or wear a 38R in coats) like myself, the vest is loose and makes it difficult to use for running. As I ran, the weights kept bouncing off my stomach (not comfortable). Otherwise, if your body frame is larger than mine, you can always ask to try it on before purchasng it.
Comments about GoFit Unisex Adjustable Weighted Vest (1lb - 20lb):
This vest is comfortable, but i have two complaints about it. The weight is all down by your stomach or lower chest, so you have to tighten the straps to keep the weight from swinging if you want to do pushups or something like that. This would be fine if the straps were strong. My biggest problem with this vest is that it is not durable. I got mine out of the box, put it on and immediately the seam started to tear that holds the straps on. This seam is only held on by one thread. I would recommend paying a little more for a higher quality product.
