    Comments about SPEEDO Contoured Swim Paddles:

    I was required to buy these paddles for my swim practice, but I found that I like to use them even when I'm swimming on my own. These paddles are great for improving strength and technique while swimming. They are a little bit tricky to use and get used to at first but after a while, they are fun and help take your exercise to the next level.
