Comments about Everlast MMA Omnistrike Stand:

This is a sturdy quality stand and the pull up bar works great too. It is steady when I do pull ups. Stand not move with mild to moderate punching force (I'm 5 feet 6in. and 170lb in pretty good shape, beginner). Weights are needed for heavier punching to keep it still. I am very happy with it. It took me 1 hr 15min to put together myself (Easy). A few washers and nuts were missing since I think it was a returned item, so I spent 3 dollars at hardware store for parts, so no biggy. Also, pull up bar was straight with curved ends which I like better than the pictured style anyway.
