Taking a cue from the intricate workings of the bare foot, the NIKE® men's Free Run+ 3 running shoes are designed to maximize the foot's natural range of motion while providing protection and cushioning for a smooth ride. Phylite material seamlessly fuses the midsole with the outsole, creating a one-piece design that's as resilient as it is durable. The molded sockliner mimics the curves of the foot for a comfortable, supportive fit.

Bought this specific shoe for my morning 5k run which I do 3-4 days during the weekday. Weekends are for biking. I wore the shoe walking around for a few days to get used to the minimalist style. After my first run in the morning I did a bike ride in the afternoon and began to have some left knee pain. With never have such pain before I could only attribute it to running in the new shoes. I will give it some time for my legs to adjust and see what happens. I also found the shoe not being very supportive during transition movements. It felt as if my foot and shoe were not as one. Again being my first running shoe this may be something I just need to get used to. Otherwise so far so good...

I found the side inserts on these shoes do not stay in place. Every step I take I can feel the fabric on the interior of the shoe rubbing against my foot. This is the 3rd pair I have tried and they all have the same problem. The New Balance Minimus is ugly as hell but at least they don't have any issues.

They are super light but not cushioning the heel well. The sizes run small order next size up at least. Used another online shoe source they had shoe widths shown which really helped.

The pair I got have my FL Gators' colors, so not only have I received several compliments on the way they look, but I literally took them out of the box and slid my new Nike Men's Run +3 shoes on and didn't even have to bother tying them. Awesome running and/or workout shoes!

I bought the shoe mainly for purposes of casual wearing. I haven't worn Nike sneakers for a number of years, but revisited the brand as I was looking for a change. The shoes are incredibly comfortable, and I love the color (RED) that I chose.
The shoe in general runs about a half size small, so the 9.5 (my actual size) was too tight, and I had to buy a 10. That said, the 10 is a smidge too big, but it's not horrible.

I wear these shoes for BOTH working out and casual wear with shorts. I have them in almost every color. They are so light weight and flexible, they form to your feet. has great cushion since I am more of a heel runner. I can't say enough about these shoes. Just awesome.

I broke my foot a year and a half ago. Since then I have not found a shoe that is comfortable for my foot. My son has a pair of these shoes and I slipped them on to see how they felt. I was sold immediately. But did not want to pay the asking price for them. Knowing how stubborn I am, my wife bought them for me as a surprise, but she did buy me the black ones. I would not be caught dead in some of the colors!

I got these shoes in men's because they didn't have the color in women's. I usually wear a 7.5 in womens in other gym shoes so I got the smallest they had in mens which was a 7 and they fit good.
