For me this product was very true to size. I'm 20 years old but i'm about 5'4'' with a 26-28 waist and its always extremely difficult to find things that I can wear without being too big or long. I ordered the large and it fit me perfectly. The material that they use is extremely soft but you can have a decent warm up/workout in this training pants. They are very comfortable and can be wore almost anywhere. If you have a similar body type and want something to run in/play soccer in this is the product for you.
