These are wonderfully lightweight and true to size. There's great support on the inside of the foot at the arch, I believe to help with pronating. I would not recommend for weight lifting as the shoe is very soft in the sole, and since it's so lightweight does not feel like it would hold up to that type of stress

I loved these sheos so much!!!! i was very upset when i found ou that they were to small:( im going to get them in the bigger size so i can wear them again. these shoes were great for me in my p.e class because i have over pronating ankles and normaly when i run it hurts, but with these shoes it even felt good to run!

Switched to these because I started doing half marathons. Wore Saucony for the last 10 years, so these feel different, but I think it has been a good change. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks, but ran a 12 mile run in them and my feet felt good.

I use this to run 8 mi every other day in order to build up to 12. It's light enough to not be cumbersome on ashpalt. The arch is surprisingly sturdy and works well with my gait - esp when I go run heel or toe strike first. These are esp kind to my "runner's" knee as my feet don't tend to roll in them.

They are snug so try them on with the socks you'll be using to run in.

And wow are they brite. The first review was accurate! I love it and them!!!

This photo is a bit deceiving. The green part is a nice lime green and the rest of the shoe is actually deep purple. When I took a photo of it to send it to my friend mine came out the same way as this. wanna draw attention? This shoe is not only one of the most comfortable Asics I owe but I got so much compliment on the looks and color too. I didnt find this color anywhere else but at Sports Authority. Get it while you can!
