                I love these shoes. On my second pair. I run about 20 miles/week and CrossFit 5 times/week. These are great shoes. A great minimus shoe. I double knot the laces and do not have a problem with them coming undone. Great for rope climbing, box jumps, and Oly lifting in a WOD.

                  These shoes are not for runners. The laces come untied, even when double knotted. They have no comfortable cushioning like described. These are defiantly a responsive ride. You feel every pebble.

                    This shoe is shaped oddly. Out of the box the shoe curves heavily to the inside, near the front of the foot. Because of this I felt like my foot was hanging off the edge... I could have used a wider size, but the shoe sytle just felt to strange to me.
