    The first day I got this I took a fastball right to the head. It stayed right on my head and didn't crack! Most importantly, I didn't feel anything! The only negative to this is that i have difficulty hearing the coaches. Besides that, it's a great buy!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
