    this helmet is unbeleiveably comfortable. I never had a real uncomfortable helmet but I also never had one that fits like a glove until now. Its just extremely comfortable. It will adjust to pretty much anyones sized head. If you know what the inside of a hardhat looks like, how it has the adjustable straps inside with a turn dial to lossen or tighten the fit well thats exactly how this helmet is. You will not be disapointed.
