THE NORTH FACE® women's Arctic parka combines waterproof, breathable, seam-sealed protection via HyVent® nylon fabric at the exterior, with thermal 550-fill down insulation to create a resilient barrier during extra-cold weather. An attached, adjustable hood features two cinch cords to secure a close fit.

          I'm 5'6" tall and I weigh 130 lbs. i ordered a medium. the fit is just ok. I probably would've liked a small better. The style of the jacket isn't very feminine. It keeps me comfortable during temps of 30-50 degrees. below 30 i needed to add a sweater. my favorite thing is the hood. covers my whole head and face. this is very necessary in Chicago. i live & work near the lakefront so its colder and windier than the rest of the city.

          I ordered two of them and one at a time. I ordered the same size, but one was fit well, the other was too small. I trust the name of the company. How did they make a mistake the size of the coat. I was very dispointed by the product.

          I've had my Parka since 2008 and it's warm and durable. With a Nor'Easter that was about to hit NYC, I ordered this coat for my sister. However,the zipper came off within the first few days of her wearing it. We had to take it to the cleaners to put it back on. Other than that, no complaints and we are both snuggly buggly wuggly in our TNF's.
