I purchased this product as a gift for my father. He loved my triclimate jacket and was inquiring about one for himself. He's been able to use the jacket for every possible temperature change (Illinois weather). Very pleased with the purchase, as was my father.

I bought this for my husband to take on a skiing trip. The jacket was nice but it had bright orange accent of zippers and pulls. It took away from everything nice about the jacket. I'm returning it once they send me the return ticket.

Fit is snug. I like to wear a sweatshirt under a winter coat, which makes it snug. The coat is not warm enough for a Vrgina winter with out a sweatshirt.

The versatility is perhaps the best aspect of this jacket. I have worn the inside layer quite a bit (perhaps more than the combination of both layers) and it is so comfortable and light, yet keeps you warm in pretty cold conditions. The inside layer zips in and out very easily and has quick button attachments for both sleeves as well as the collar. This is simply the best jacket that I have ever purchased. I looked at several 3 in 1 jackets before purchasing the Cassius, and am very sure that I made the right choice. I would not say, however, that other North Face 3 in 1 jackets are bad options. It is a quality brand that produces quality products.

Just got this jacket 2 weeks ago. It is handling the Seattle rain and wind with no problem. It has kept me more than warm in the freak snow/ice storm that we just had and has kept me very dry in all the rain.

I used this jacket to go tubing and it worked great by keeping the wet snow out. I paired the jacket with a pair of North Face pants and never got wet or cold the entire day.

After trying on many TNF jackets I decided this one was right for me, and after wearing it for a while I'm very pleased. First noticeable is the durability of the jacket, and I expect it to last for years. The zipper moves easily and is well-made, and I think it will last longer than the Columbia jacket I'm replacing. Time will tell if this was a good investment, but at this point it looks that way.
