    I use this bottle every time I workout, which is 6-7 times a week. I have had the bottle for a month and am really loving it! My other bottles had big openings, making it hard to drink when running on the treadmill. This bottle you just squeeze and the perfect amount of water comes out. Love the size, shape, and feel of the bottle. I am asking for more of them for Christmas. Only thing I wish was that there was some way to cover the spout part to keep it from germs, but at this time I would not trade it for any other water bottle.
