Comments about High Sierra Appalachian 75 Classic Series Internal Frame Pack:
After shopping numerous websites for just the right size backpack, I decided that the High Sierra Appalachian 75 Classic was best suited for the job and the folks at my local Sports Authority got it to me with a great price. It was large enough to carry the things I needed for a short 2.5 mile overnight hike while still having extra room for longer hikes in the future. It was easy to adjust and comfortable to wear with plenty of padding on the shoulder and waist straps. The only complaint was the way the hydration bladder hose was routed, it worked but just didn't seem right. I loaded it up with 52 lbs of comfort items. Would like to see a place to attach a holster for my pistol on the waist or shoulder straps.
