I use these socks for aerobics with resistance training at home. Positive qualities: they are thin enough to fit comfortably in my sneakers without being flimsy; they are lightweight; the colors are fun. Negative qualities: I am not convinced that the "moisture wicking" claim is true; they feel a bit hard and scratchy when I am putting them on, but they are comfortable once I am wearing them. (I don't know yet how durable they are, since I just started using them.)
