With a wind-resistance rating at 10 CFM, it keeps you toasty in breezy conditions, while the removable, fully adjustable, and insulated hood accommodates variable conditions.

      Bought this for my son who attends college in New England near the water. Very windy and can be bitterly cold. He loves it! Lightweight and easy to move around in. He didn't want a bulky coat and this is perfect to keep out the wind and keep him warm with only a tshirt underneath.
