    The treadmill has been useful for getting at least a minimal amount of exercise in each day--especially at night, and especially after I've been working late. I can use the treadmill for an hour while watching my favorite TV program or listening to my favorite radio show. There are many great things about this treadmill: 1) it was very cost effective at [$], compared to [$] 2) it was easy to assemble; 3) its compact design makes it easy to store; and 4) it is easy to use for low-tech, low-impact folks like me. There are no real bad things about the treadmill, except that it makes somewhat of a grinding sound when the belt is moving. I personally don't mind; but my neighbors might eventually get irritated by it and complain. I live in an old building where walls and ceilings are not very sound-proof, so you can hear everything that goes on in adjacent units. As a result, I cannot use it for long periods of time on any given day.

    Cons: The manual recommends that you "occasionally" use WD-40 to keep the belt smooth, however I have to grease it up every other day. When im walking on it it stops and i feel like I have to really push the belt with my feet to keep it going. Its at a permanent incline, which im sure ill get used to, but for people (like the elderly) who just need some light walking, this may not be the best idea. Its very strenuous on the knees.

    I suppose for the price i paid, it does only what its supposed to do and nothing else, get you moving.

      This is a great treadmill for the price. I'm terrible at assembling furniture that comes in a box, but this was quick and easy to put together. I did it all by myself in about 10 minutes. It folds up very nice and wheels around for easy, compact storage. It is absolutely fantastic for my daily goal of getting my heart rate up for about 20 minutes a day. The only con is that I'm 6'3" and the treadmill itself is situated on an incline (there's no option to make the surface flat), which means you HAVE to hold on to the handlebars in order to stay on, and when you're exceptionally tall, it's hard to reach the handlebars because they're too low. I literally have to hold on by my fingertips, which isn't great but, it's tolerable for 20 minutes a day. In summary: fantastic little machine for people on a budget who want to squeeze some exercise into their living room: even better for people under 6 feet tall.

        this item was not working since i received it and therefore sending it back....when u buy something brand new you would expect everything to work when it come outs of the box, but not with..i wasnt happy at all

          This is not a treadmill for the frequent exerciser or someone looking to do running. The treadmill is a walking treadmill as the description says. The front incline is a bit steep so someone who hasn't really exercised a lot might find it a bit difficult. Assembly is easy and took only minutes.
