IT LEAKS!

Comments about COLEMAN 1/2-Gallon Jug:

It does what you would expect, as in it holds liquid, and keeps it Cold/Warm, but it fails in one regard; the spout does not seal when closed.

as long as the bottle stays in the upright position, everything is hunky dory, but if it ends up on its side, expect a puddle.

I found this out the hard way. the backseat of my car was turned into an Iced Tea pond, and that's gotta be good for the leather.

Tightening is not the issue, as it leaks from the spout, when it's in the closed position.

I returned it, and tried 3 others, with the same results.

For the price, it's a good buy, as long as you keep it in the locked and upright position.
