    Love the slippers but I got stuck with a size 12 too and these are not cheap at [$] a pair. My sister bought them for my son from the local Sports Authority for Christmas. They did not have 11's in stock so I bought them online then planned to then return the 12's to the store. The store does not except returns from internet purchases! VERY BAD policy in this day and age! I will try to buy things elsewhere first. UGG- great slippers, well made. I recommend the item but not the store.
